The interconnection of all things flowing from one into another is a central tenet reflected in my art and architecture. Each painting integrates these ideas through abstract compositions, and hierarchies of colors, blending each into the other, creating depth, meaning, and context.

Everything in the Universe exists in association with everything else. Through abstract painting and abstract digital architectural images, I’m adding my perception of these ideas. This reflects my training as an artist combined with my experiences and career as an Architect and designer.

Each painting is unique, hand painted on canvas or archival quality paper, with color themes and compositions evoking notions of understanding, awareness, and perspective, combining to generate a myriad of emotions.

There is an intention at the beginning of each work that invariably evolves as different colors are combined and created, resulting in new compositions with surprising, and often unexpected results.

My painting technique is inspired by two quotes I discovered early in my life and career -
